What is this?
856 is a unified DCS World mission editor that runs in your browser.
Upload a .miz, make your changes, and download the modified file. Nothing is saved — your file is held in memory only for the session.
What you can do:
Overview & Map — mission summary, interactive map with unit positions, routes, and SAM threat rings
Units & Groups — browse, filter, and sort all units; edit group tasks, frequencies, and modulation
Datalink / Callsigns — Link16 STN, callsign labels and numbers, SADL, donors, team members
Laser Codes — set laser seeker codes per flight with auto-increment for wingmen
Find & Replace — regex-capable name replacement across units and groups
DTC Generator — export F/A-18C Data Cartridge files with waypoints, radios, and CMDS
How to use:
Upload your .miz
Fields you change turn green — these are your pending edits
Hit Download Modified .miz to get your fixed file
There's no save button. Just make your changes and download. Your original file is never modified.
